Well it's done and dusted now, last Saturday I traded my much loved and cherished Buell Ulysses in for a 2010 Victory Cross Country,to say I am impressed is probably a tad early yet,but the signs are way more than promising ,the Buell has been a fantasic journey and to meet the man who founded, built and ran Buell Motorcycles but times are a changing,my wife has been unable to ride the beast for some time due to medical conditions,so I made the decision (which was rather easy )to test ride the Victory range.
I firstly rode the Highball.yeah it was good but was not going to be pillion friendly, next came the Boardwalk (loved it) but still not fully pillion friendly, after that I really wanted to try the Hardball, but due to all the bikes being sold,I took the 2010 Cross Country for a run,to say I was impressed was an under statement,we bought the damn thing and traded the old Buell in for a comfy ride, now all we have to do is get more miles under our seats and start to love this bike like I loved my old Buell.
I will try to get used to this blogging thing and as we do some trips I'll put them down,a big thankyou goes to John "Blacky"Black,he and I have been bantering on facebook for the last 12 months or so,so I blame Blacky now for anything I may do in the not to distant future...............onya Blacky!
Enjouy gettin old peeps,I know I am.

Really didn't predict you as a X-country buyer but age dictates a grocery hauler hey ;)
Mate you'll get years of trouble free enjoyment now, cheers Phil.
P.S: You can throw away the toolkit.
