Are those linby bars or vic bars. I am interested in lowers you have on bars. I bought linby bars for KP but no one makes lowers for it. Real dumb to make the crash bars but no lowers for it other than harley fitment and few others.

I like the Metzs. They don't seem to last as long as the Dunlops...(more so because of the softer rubber compound), but they grip better than the Dunlops or Avons. I'm an "assertive" rider and the "twisties" around here can be rather challenging. I also have run the bike at well over 130...without any issues (closed track only, lol). I've heard the comments by some concerning the Metzs vs. the Dunlops. I feel that the issue they may be experiencing could be caused by the (seemingly misperception as fact) those that would keep the Metzs under inflated by a little. Likewise, the transition from one particular tire to another does take some getting used to. I learned the hard way...not so much about the difference of tires but rather the cupping that occurs because of the under inflation. (Shortens the life of the tire by a considerable amount).

Now, all that being stated, if one does primarily straight / highway travel; the Dunlops will suffice (yes I've placed many miles on Dunlops too). (Avons...forget it...I won't run them ever again).

Anyway, my friend, my $ 0.02 for what it is worth.

Danny I notice you have Metzlers on your bike. What is your take on the metzlers. I was told that the Dunlops are best for the Kingpin, and that the Metzler wanders or tracks. I heard a story a guy had his heart set on the Metzlers and had them installed he quickly came back and was wandering what was wrong with his bike. And new Dunlops were put on and he had no problems. What's your thoughts?
