Well, I've been in Austin TX since Feb '11. I bought my '10 Cross Roads in March (couldn't help myself!) and found a job in May.
Austin is a Harley town as well, with 3 dealers within 20 miles, but Victory is growing here too.
All you Vegas Vic riders take care, ride safe, and enjoy.
Hello folks, Just want to say howdy and I look forward to meeting up with ya. I ride an '07 Kingpin. I like to add to Patrick's comment about Vegas being Harley town.....so true. I go to Wed. bike nights at Mr. D's here occasionally and boy, talk about Harley city! Was a little apprehensive at first, but for the most part, no problems. Yes, there is the occasional wiseguy. But I'm comfortable with the quality and brand of my bike. I really believe in time more Harley folks will realize what Victory's are all about. To each his own. But tell me, for a brand that preaches individuality, why do all the Harley folk look the same? At any rate, I've met some cool people. It's all about riding, is it not?
It's been a long time since I opened this group. Vegas has fallen way down, and unfortunately, I went with it. I lost my job in March, had to sell my Vision in June, and now I'm moving out of town. As soon as I'm employed, I'll be getting back into Victories.
