Hope you are well and truely on the road to recovery now Al.

This Sydney chapter you created is growing big time and I can't see it slowing anytime soon

Do you think we should now create our own logo for this page and potentially a patch that we could all wear ?

Any ideas ? I have a few !

Yep, a Sydney patch sounds good. Maybee Victory can get some made and sell em too us.

Hi Brendan

Talked with Dax and as you would expect very keen to get this rolling.

Lots of plans to discuses and ides to put up for discussion with all.

I am working on a Patch and hope to have something to show by the end of the weekend.

Would be great to see everyone participate in the making of the Patch design.

I have a patch maker that will help with the artwork and I have been in discussions with him for some time on this.

Any ideas that people have will only add to the beginning of what will become a well organized Social Motorcycle Club that has been the dream I have had from the start of the Sydney Victory Chapter.

This will defiantly be the fore runner for all the states to take on board.

So guys lets get your thinking caps on and make this the club everyone wants to be apart of.

Cheers Allan

Sounds great guys.  Post up some concepts or ideas once you get rolling.

Hi guys

I have to say I am very excited about the Sydney Victory Chapter Club Patching

I have created 2 Patches to start with and for review.

I will be adding and altering the patches through out the weekend and posting explanations as to the meaning of various parts of the patch.

I couldn’t wait to get the first ones up so here goes.

Please comment good or bad.

A brief explanation of Logo number 2

The SVC50 stands for the following

S = SYDNEY

V = VICTORY

C = CHAPTER

50 = 50 rides that must be done with in a 100 weeks consecutively making the rider attend at least every other week or simply ride every week for 50 weeks in a row. Its all just ideas at the moment but I think for a back Patch we should have riders that are dedicated and this simply separates the weekend warriors (Guys that only ride as long as the sun is shinning from the start) from the Guys (I use the term Guys for both Men and Women) that want to see a real Social Motor Cycle Club grow.

Note that these Logos will be sized for the front/back patch of a vest or jacket .

There are other patches such as AUSTRALIA, SYDNEY, and VICTORY that will be three separate patches. These again will be earned through riding and will be placed on the front of the vest/jacket.

I am also working on a Club manifesto with how various patches can be achieved.

Don’t want to tread on peoples toes but the time is ready for a full on organized Chapter to form starting with Sydney and hopefully being taken up with the other states.

I have a dream (Martian Luther King) that one day every man woman and child will have the chance to be part of Club Victory.

Over the top yes but that’s what makes things happen.

Cheers Allan

Taken on board Michael. Efficiency of the rides should evolve as time goes by.

Hi Michael

I hear you mate and if we can get a more organized ride day with a proper ride leader and road captain that would be great.

I just want to get a group of guys that will ride as mush as possible and maybe take it a bit slower ?

To me the idea is to cruise and show off my bike at various pubs and meet new people there to get them into the Victory experience.

The club idea is just that an idea but its something I passionate about and we may not be ready for it now but it will come and it will be a collaboration of people keen to ride and have fun.

Last week was a disaster all round.

Cheers Allan

Allen, Some care and thought needs to go into the design and placing of a patch. Both the Ulysses Club and the Gold Coast Cruiser Club have had 'run ins' with 1% ers who considered their patches contained 'rockers'.  The Ulysses Club have a directive that the Old Man Patch is to be worn strictly on its own with nothing above or below it, The Gold Coast Cruiser Club had to redesigned theirs into a square patch.  The Patriots MC, a defence force club, wear their patch on the right front of the vest, it's a good looking patch, with rockers, but being on the front of the vest does not offend the 1%ers.  It also serves to distance them from the outlaw clubs.  Just some things to consider.

Hi James

Yea mate very aware of the 1% clubs and there rules :-)

The Patch will only go on the front right hand side (or really where ever you chose) and will be on display for discussion for all to view before and if it goes ahead.

I know not everyone's a patch wearer but I love them and I like the idea that it will be something to wear with pride as a Sydney Victory rider.

I will post my last idea for the patch this weekend and see what discussion comes from it.

Cheers Allan

Hi Guys

A couple more Logos to check out

I changed Chapter to Club will have to check with 1% Clubs if Chapter is disrespecting the Outlaws
