Hi all,

I'm wanting to buy and modify a bike if possible. I really like the Hammer S front end (dual disc brakes, inverted forks, tacho etc) but want a narrow rear end (Vegas 8 ball or Hi Ball).

Is it possible to simply swap the Hammer swingarm for the Vegas/Hi Ball swingarm?

I'll be grinding off the rear subframe and putting Ride-Wright spoked rims on for a 180-200mm rear white-wall tyre. So all I need is the narrower swingarm to fit. If it can be swapped without much "work" then the project could be a goer.

Any thoughts or input welcomed.

It will sort of look like this bobber eventually but perform like a Vic.

YES AND I HAVE PARTS TO HELP : ).

I went the other way and put a Jackpot rear end on my Vegas.
